Russian home goods retailer Poryadok, which operates 48 stores across 32 Russian cities, confirmed that a cyberattack caused disruption that forced it to close some of its stores and suspend online services for five consecutive days, The Record reported on 30 October 2026. "We have been hit by a cyberattack, but we are already actively working to restore our services and gradually return operations to normal," the company said in a statement, according to The Record.
The Record says Poryadok first reported technical problems on Sunday, saying its website, mobile app and physical stores were temporarily unavailable, and that customers have been unable to collect orders, access loyalty accounts or contact customer support.
